Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to EduAshy and purchases of personalised educational courses through https://eduashy.com (the “Website”). They form an agreement between the user (“you” or “your”) and DAREVON TRADING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17470852, with its registered office at Suite 34, Cariocca Business Park 2 Sawley Road Manchester M40 8BB England, United Kingdom (“EduAshy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before creating an account, adding funds or ordering a course. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

01Scope and applicable documents

1.1. EduAshy provides a digital platform for commissioning personalised educational courses. These Terms apply to your access to the Website, Account, Balance, course orders, delivered materials and related customer support.

1.2. The following documents supplement these Terms and should be read together: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Content & Educational Disclaimer, Confidentiality & Security Policy and Legal Notice.

1.3. If provisions conflict, mandatory law prevails. Subject to that rule, the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy controls the detailed procedures for cancellations and refunds, while these Terms govern the wider contractual relationship. Product-specific terms expressly disclosed before an Order may supplement these Terms but may not override statutory protections.

02Definitions

2.1. Account: the personal profile through which you access the platform, manage your Balance, place Orders and, where supported, access delivered courses.

2.2. Balance: prepaid value credited to your Account following an accepted card top-up, available solely to pay for eligible EduAshy services. It is not a general-purpose payment facility and is subject to the refund rules in these Terms.

2.3. AI Course Builder: the product in which course materials are generated primarily through automated artificial-intelligence systems, generally without individual human editorial review unless specifically stated for the particular Order.

2.4. Mentor-Crafted Course: a personalised course prepared through a workflow involving actual human curriculum specialists or authors, potentially assisted by AI or other software tools. A Mentor-Crafted Course is not a promise of live tutoring, direct student–mentor contact or accreditation.

2.5. Course: the educational digital content and any associated preparation services specified in an Order, ordinarily supplied as a PDF workbook.

2.6. Order: your confirmed request for a specified Course, accepted by EduAshy after the applicable amount is deducted from your available Balance.

2.7. Customer Materials: information, goals, instructions, briefs, documents or other content you submit in connection with an Order. Deliverables means the Course files supplied to you.

2.8. Consumer: an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Rules specifically addressing Consumers do not necessarily apply to business customers.

2.9. Personal Use Licence: the limited licence described in Section 11 permitting the individual account holder to use the delivered Course for their own private, non-commercial learning.

03Eligibility and Account registration

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, current registration information. You may not register using another person's identity or provide misleading location or payment information.

3.2. An Account is personal to its registered holder. You must protect your password and access credentials, avoid sharing access with unauthorised persons and notify us promptly at info@eduashy.com if you suspect account misuse or unauthorised activity.

3.3. We may require reasonable steps to verify identity, age, payment ownership, location or authority when necessary for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, account recovery or payment refunds. We will process associated personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.4. You may not create an Account or use the services from an excluded location described in Section 12. We may refuse registrations that cannot be lawfully or appropriately serviced.

04Nature of the services

4.1. EduAshy offers two principal service types: AI Course Builder and Mentor-Crafted Course. Both are designed around details you select, which may include subject track, specialisation, knowledge level, module count, preferred study pace, language and your learning goals.

4.2. AI Course Builder uses automated generation to assemble educational content. It typically completes within minutes, although generation time depends on the complexity of the Order, platform demand and availability of third-party systems. It does not include individual human review unless expressly described as part of the specific purchased product.

4.3. Mentor-Crafted Course involves human participation in preparing and/or substantively reviewing the course. Its workflow may also use AI-assisted drafting, research or formatting tools. The ordinary delivery estimate displayed on the Website is approximately 12–24 hours, unless a different estimate is disclosed for the Order.

4.4. Course descriptions and inclusions are those shown at checkout for the chosen plan and configuration. Illustrations, previews and sample workbooks are indicative; final structures and examples vary according to the selected subject, level and brief. The Deliverable is ordinarily a PDF workbook, not a live class or interactive tuition programme.

4.5. EduAshy does not award academic credit, professional certification, accredited qualifications or guaranteed examination results. Any claim of third-party accreditation would require separate express confirmation from that body. See the AI Content & Educational Disclaimer.

4.6. You remain responsible for deciding whether the selected course matches your educational needs. We may decline a brief that is unlawful, unworkable, outside the offered scope or inconsistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

05Ordering and contract formation

5.1. Before submitting an Order, the Website should show the selected plan, relevant configuration, deliverable format, final price, applicable taxes and expected delivery window. You must review this information and correct mistakes before confirming.

5.2. Placing funds in your Balance is not itself an Order for a Course. An Order is formed when you affirmatively confirm a specific Course purchase, sufficient Balance is available, the quoted price is deducted and we accept the Order through an on-screen or electronic confirmation.

5.3. We will provide an electronic record of the purchase and relevant contractual information in a form you can retain. If an Order cannot be accepted due to an error, prohibited request or service unavailability, any amount deducted for that unaccepted Order will be returned to the Balance or otherwise refunded as legally required.

5.4. If material information in a submitted brief is contradictory, incomplete or unsuitable, we may ask you to clarify it. We will not charge a further sum or replace the original Course with a materially different product without your affirmative agreement.

5.5. A change of track, specialisation, level, length, language or other material requirements after work has started is not automatically included in the original price. We will tell you if a separate Order would be needed.

06Pricing, currencies and taxes

6.1. Supported payment cards are Visa and Mastercard. Supported customer-facing currencies are GBP, EUR and USD. Availability of a particular option may depend on the payment provider, card, transaction or checkout configuration.

6.2. Prices for the chosen Course are shown before Order confirmation. We may change catalogue prices prospectively, but we will not impose a new price on an Order already accepted unless you agree to an expressly proposed change.

6.3. Any VAT, sales tax or other amount payable by the customer will be shown as required by applicable law before payment or Order confirmation. A statement that a displayed price includes tax applies only where correctly indicated for the relevant customer and transaction. We do not represent that every top-up or digital supply has the same tax treatment worldwide.

6.4. Where payment and Order currencies differ and cross-currency use is available, applicable conversion information and any platform charges must be shown before confirmation. Your card issuer or bank may apply independent exchange rates or fees outside our control.

6.5. We are not responsible for unauthorised charges or foreign-exchange costs imposed independently by the issuer, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.

07Top-ups and Account Balance

7.1. Prepayment model. To buy a Course, you first add funds to your Account Balance through a separate, user-authorised card transaction. Course prices are then paid by deducting the specified amount from that Balance when you confirm each Order.

7.2. No subscriptions or automatic charges. All Courses are individual, one-time purchases. We do not operate subscription billing, automatic renewals, scheduled top-ups, automatic post-purchase card charges or merchant-initiated recurring payments under the standard EduAshy service. Each card top-up requires a separate affirmative payment action by you.

7.3. Balance scope. Balance is usable only for eligible EduAshy Course purchases, is not transferable between Accounts, does not earn interest, and does not expire solely because it remains unused. It cannot be used to pay unrelated merchants or transferred to another person.

7.4. Unused paid Balance is refundable. You may request a refund of your remaining unused, paid Balance at any time by emailing info@eduashy.com. Subject to appropriate verification and legal restrictions, a valid refund is returned to its original payment method, ordinarily in the currency of the source transaction, in accordance with the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy.

7.5. If promotional or complimentary credits are ever issued, they must be clearly distinguished from paid Balance in the Account records. Such credits are not cash funds and are not redeemable for money unless expressly agreed or required by law. Promotional terms cannot reduce your rights in relation to paid funds.

7.6. We may correct demonstrable ledger mistakes and reconcile failed, reversed or fraudulent transactions. We will not debit your card or create an undisclosed payment obligation as part of that correction. If the available Balance is insufficient, we may restrict further purchases while the issue is reviewed.

7.7. We may reasonably restrict or delay a Balance refund only for purposes such as verifying the original payer, preventing duplicate refunds, investigating genuine payment disputes or complying with binding legal restrictions. We will not use verification as an unjustified means of withholding funds.

08Delivery and course quality

8.1. Courses are delivered digitally, ordinarily in PDF format, through the Account and/or to the email address associated with the Account, as described at checkout. No physical shipment is provided.

8.2. The usual targets are a few minutes for AI Course Builder and approximately 12–24 hours for Mentor-Crafted Course. These estimates are not an unconditional guarantee, but we will use reasonable care and skill and comply with any binding delivery commitment made for the Order.

8.3. If a technical issue or a need for clarification delays delivery, we will take reasonable steps to address it and communicate material delays. If we cannot provide the Course, or delivery fails, the cancellation and remedy rules in the Digital Delivery Policy and Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy apply.

8.4. We will address objectively incomplete, inaccessible, corrupted or materially non-conforming Deliverables. Appropriate remedies may include correcting, replacing or regenerating the content, a price reduction, or a refund where required. Subjective disagreement with the writing style or a change in learning preferences does not alone establish a defect, but it also does not remove statutory quality rights.

09Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

9.1. Before production begins: If you cancel an accepted Order before substantive preparation or generation has started, we will restore the Order price to your Balance under our voluntary cancellation policy. If you are entitled to a statutory monetary refund, you are not required to accept Balance credit in its place.

9.2. After production begins: A change-of-mind cancellation is assessed under the applicable consumer-withdrawal rules and the actual stage of performance. We do not promise an unrestricted voluntary refund once substantive work has begun; equally, we do not assert that all cancellation rights automatically disappear upon Order submission.

9.3. For Consumers, a statutory cancellation period may apply, normally 14 days after the contract is made for distance contracts involving services or digital content. The effect of an express request to start services early, and of consent to supply digital content early, depends on the applicable legal rules and the particular contract.

9.4. Separate express choices may be needed at checkout. For a service performed during the cancellation period, the user must be asked to expressly request early performance and be informed of the consequences. For digital content supplied before that period ends, the user must provide express consent and acknowledge any resulting loss of the right to cancel, with the required confirmation supplied on a durable medium. No checkbox is preselected and merely accepting these Terms is not treated as a substitute for a legally required separate choice.

9.5. A Consumer does not lose mandatory withdrawal rights merely because an Order was paid from Balance, customisation was requested or work began. Where lawful, a proportionate payment may be due for services provided following a valid early-performance request; statutory rules determine whether any such amount can be charged. For digital content, loss of the withdrawal right is subject to the specific legal conditions applicable to starting supply.

9.6. A correctly delivered and contract-conforming completed Course is not eligible for a discretionary change-of-mind refund after any applicable statutory withdrawal right has expired or been validly lost. This does not affect rights relating to defective, non-conforming or undelivered content or services.

9.7. Refunds for payment errors, non-conformity, non-delivery, unused Balance and statutory withdrawal are described in full in the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy. Where law requires reimbursement in money to the original payment method, we will not insist on issuing Balance credit instead.

10Customer Materials and permissions

10.1. You retain whatever intellectual-property rights you own in your Customer Materials. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and legal authority to provide them and to permit their processing for the requested Course.

10.2. You grant EduAshy a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce, analyse, format, transmit to service providers and otherwise process Customer Materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide and support the ordered service, protect security, resolve disputes and meet legal duties, subject to the Privacy Policy.

10.3. Do not submit material that unlawfully reveals another person's private information, breaches confidentiality or infringes third-party rights. Unless clearly necessary and supported by an appropriate lawful basis, avoid providing sensitive personal data, passwords, payment-card numbers, health records or other confidential identifiers in course briefs.

10.4. For Mentor-Crafted Courses, Customer Materials may be accessed by assigned human authors, reviewers or other authorised personnel as needed for the Order. For AI-based workflows, relevant information may be processed by AI technology providers as set out in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume all content remains exclusively within one country.

11Intellectual property and Personal Use Licence

11.1. EduAshy or its licensors retain rights in the Website, brand, software, templates, design, selection processes, documentation, underlying know-how and any pre-existing or third-party material, subject to applicable law.

11.2. Once the applicable Course price has been paid, EduAshy grants the registered individual account holder a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download, store, print and use the delivered Course for that person's own private, non-commercial education. The licence is intended to continue for the lawful lifetime of the supplied Deliverable, subject to these Terms and third-party rights.

11.3. You may take personal study notes, complete exercises and make reasonable adaptations for your own private learning. You may not resell, publish, upload to public repositories, license, redistribute, include in a paid training programme, share access to, or otherwise commercially exploit the Deliverable without our prior written permission or another applicable legal entitlement.

11.4. Purchasing a Course does not transfer copyright ownership or other intellectual-property title to you. The licence covers only rights that EduAshy is entitled to grant; independently licensed third-party content remains subject to its lawful restrictions.

11.5. AI-generated material may be similar to content generated for others, may contain material that is not protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions and is not guaranteed to be exclusive. Nothing in these Terms asserts copyright where applicable law does not recognise it. Contractual restrictions on redistribution apply to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

11.6. Your rights in your own Customer Materials remain unaffected. No provision prohibits uses permitted by law that cannot contractually be restricted.

12Acceptable use, exclusions and sanctions

12.1. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, intellectual-property laws, applicable sanctions and trade controls, and reasonable technical access restrictions.

12.2. The services are not offered to persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the services from: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

12.3. The location-based exclusions are a platform availability policy, not a representation that every listed country is subject to identical legal sanctions. Services are also unavailable to any individual or entity whom we are legally prohibited from servicing, regardless of location.

12.4. We may refuse an Order or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, respond to genuine security concerns or comply with law. Any handling of unspent paid Balance or interrupted Orders remains subject to statutory rights and applicable legal restrictions.

13Security, privacy and confidentiality

13.1. Our use of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; the technologies used on the Website are explained in the Cookie Policy. Personal data is not governed solely by a contractual confidentiality clause.

13.2. We take a purpose-limited approach to access to Customer Materials and may use third-party payment, hosting, AI, delivery and support providers to operate the service. Further information is provided in the Confidentiality & Security Policy.

13.3. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. We will not use this limitation to exclude legal responsibilities for our own failures.

14Changes, suspension and Account closure

14.1. We may update features, subjects, formats, technical requirements and future prices. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed Order without your agreement, except where legally required or necessary to resolve a serious security issue, in which case appropriate statutory remedies remain available.

14.2. We may temporarily suspend accounts for suspected unauthorised access, fraudulent payment activity, serious policy violations or sanctions concerns, using measures proportionate to the issue and notifying the user where lawful and practicable.

14.3. You may request Account closure by emailing info@eduashy.com. We will arrange any valid refund of unused paid Balance, deal with outstanding Orders and explain any information that must remain stored for legal or dispute-related reasons before or after closure.

14.4. Closure does not cancel accrued rights, lawful refund claims or terms that by their nature survive, including intellectual-property restrictions, dispute arrangements and provisions necessary to resolve earlier transactions.

15Warranties and liability

15.1. We will provide the services with the standard of care and skill required by applicable law and supply digital content that meets any mandatory standards concerning description, quality and fitness for purpose.

15.2. Course content is educational and may be incomplete, inaccurate or become outdated. It is not a substitute for professional advice, training, supervision or independent verification where the consequences of an error could be significant. We do not guarantee employment, earnings, assessment results or a particular learning outcome.

15.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or statutory consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15.4. For Consumers, we do not impose a blanket cap on statutory claims for defective digital content or services. Other liability is determined according to applicable law, including whether the loss was reasonably foreseeable and attributable to a breach for which we are responsible.

15.5. If you use EduAshy in a business capacity, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or business opportunity, and losses arising from reliance on materials without appropriate professional review. Our aggregate contractual liability to a business customer for an individual Order is limited to the total price of that Order, except where such limitation would be unlawful.

15.6. Nothing obliges a Consumer to indemnify us for ordinary use of the services. Business customers are responsible for third-party claims arising directly from unlawful Customer Materials they submit or rights they falsely claim to hold, subject to applicable law and the normal rules of causation and mitigation.

16Complaints and disputes

16.1. For customer service, complaints, withdrawal notices, delivery issues and refund requests, contact info@eduashy.com. Please provide your Account email, relevant Order reference and a concise description of the issue, without sending sensitive card credentials.

16.2. We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period. Where an issue cannot be resolved informally, each party retains access to courts and any applicable statutory redress procedure.

16.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply in the Consumer's country of habitual residence. This choice does not deprive an eligible Consumer of protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

16.4. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear Consumer disputes. To the extent permitted by law, disputes with business customers are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

17Updates and contact

17.1. We may revise these Terms for legal, operational or product reasons. The current version and its update date will be published on the Website. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where required, and they will not retrospectively remove already accrued rights.

17.2. If a provision is found unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective to the extent legally possible. Not enforcing a term immediately does not automatically waive it.
