02Services offered
2.1. EduAshy is an online platform offering personalised educational Courses in digital form, generally supplied as downloadable PDF workbooks.
2.2. AI Course Builder creates Courses primarily through automated AI processes, typically in minutes. Mentor-Crafted Course involves actual human participation in preparation or substantive review, with an ordinary estimated delivery period of approximately 12–24 hours.
2.3. EduAshy does not represent its Courses as accredited education or as awarding academic or regulated professional qualifications. Individual products and included features are described at checkout.
03Purchases and currencies
3.1. Accepted card networks: Visa and Mastercard.
3.2. Displayed and supported currencies: GBP, EUR and USD, subject to the available checkout options.
3.3. Users first add funds to their Account Balance and subsequently authorise individual Course purchases from that Balance. Purchases are one-time transactions; the standard platform does not use subscription billing or automatic renewal.
3.4. The unused paid Balance does not expire and may be requested back to the originating payment method by contacting info@eduashy.com, under the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy.
3.5. Applicable taxes, purchase prices and any relevant charges will be disclosed before the transaction as legally required. Any invoice or receipt information is subject to the actual billing and tax configuration.
04Geographic availability
4.1. EduAshy is not offered to persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the services from: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
4.2. Access may also be restricted when required by applicable sanctions, payment-provider rules or binding legal requirements, regardless of the user's country.
05Consumer information
5.1. UK and other eligible Consumers may have statutory rights concerning cancellation, digital content, delivery, conformity and refunds. Detailed procedures are in the Terms & Conditions, Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.
5.2. A change-of-mind refund is not automatically available after a compliant Course is completed and delivered; nevertheless, statutory withdrawal rights and rights concerning faulty or undelivered digital content are preserved.

06Website and intellectual property
6.1. The EduAshy name, Website presentation, application software, documentation, brand elements and other protected materials belong to DAREVON TRADING LTD or their respective lawful owners and licensors.
6.2. A paid Course is supplied under a Personal Use Licence for the individual account holder's own private, non-commercial learning. The purchase does not transfer copyright title or confer a right to sell or republish the Course.
6.3. AI-assisted outputs can have limits concerning accuracy, uniqueness and legal protection. See the AI Content & Educational Disclaimer.

7.1. DAREVON TRADING LTD is the identified controller for ordinary platform account and service operations. See the Privacy Policy for categories, uses, legal bases, retention criteria, international transfers and data-subject rights.
