Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy sets boundaries for use of the EduAshy Website, Accounts, payment functions and Course-generation services. It applies to all users and supplements the Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

01General standard

1.1. Use EduAshy lawfully, responsibly and only for services you are authorised to access. You are responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of information submitted through your Account.

1.2. You may not interfere with the platform, compromise other users, abuse payment systems, breach third-party rights or request Courses intended to facilitate serious unlawful harm.

1.3. We recognise that legitimate education may discuss cybersecurity, crime, medical topics, social conflict or other sensitive subject matter. We evaluate requests in context. A lawful academic discussion is not automatically prohibited because it describes risky conduct.

02Prohibited uses and content

2.1. Fraud and deception: using stolen payment cards, impersonating another person, fabricating identity or location information, evading rightful charges, manipulating refund processes, submitting fraudulent claims or facilitating phishing, scams or identity theft.

2.2. Cybersecurity abuse: distributing malware; seeking instructions to compromise systems without authorisation; exploiting vulnerabilities against others; credential theft; launching denial-of-service activity; or bypassing security, access controls or technical limits.

2.3. Threats and exploitation: using the service to facilitate violence, credible threats, harassment, stalking, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, trafficking or other unlawful abuse.

2.4. Privacy and confidential information: submitting others' personal data or confidential materials without lawful authority; doxxing; surveillance misuse; or attempting to expose private information about other users, staff or authors.

2.5. Intellectual-property violations: submitting material for reproduction without necessary rights; making unauthorised copies of protected works; or redistributing EduAshy Courses contrary to the Personal Use Licence.

2.6. Platform interference: scraping restricted pages, operating abusive bots, manipulating usage restrictions, attempting to access accounts or systems without permission, or introducing software that harms the Website or its providers.

2.7. Sanctions and trade controls: evading location restrictions, misrepresenting the country of access, circumventing applicable sanctions or making the services available to prohibited persons or entities.

2.8. Misleading product representation: falsely claiming that AI-generated content was independently approved by a professional body, accredited, certified, or written exclusively by a human where that is not true.

03Responsibility for Customer Materials

3.1. Before submitting information, ensure you have the necessary ownership rights, permissions and legal authority to use it for Course preparation, including permission to disclose any third-party personal information where relevant.

3.2. Avoid including passwords, full card numbers, security codes, sensitive government identifiers or confidential third-party records unless the service expressly requires and lawfully supports that information.

3.3. You are responsible for verifying that a Course requested for private learning will not be put to an unlawful use. The service must not be used to replace required professional supervision, qualifications or licences.

3.4. You may keep and annotate Courses for private study under the Personal Use Licence. Resale, paid training distribution, public posting or unauthorised account sharing is prohibited except where mandatory law allows otherwise.

4.1. EduAshy is not available to individuals located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from the following locations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

4.2. We may also refuse service to persons, organisations or transactions where providing the service would breach sanctions, export controls, financial restrictions or other binding laws applicable to us or our providers.

4.3. This is our commercial availability policy; inclusion of a country does not mean that its residents are automatically subject to any particular sanctions regime. Users must not evade restrictions with false identity details or location-masking arrangements.

05Review and enforcement

5.1. Where technically and legally appropriate, we may use automated signals and proportionate human review to identify payment fraud, security incidents or clearly prohibited requests. This does not imply that every private Course brief is manually read.

5.2. Depending on the seriousness of the issue, we may request clarification, reject a brief, limit functionality, suspend access, cancel an unlawful Order or terminate an Account. We will act proportionately and provide an explanation when lawful and appropriate.

5.3. When an Order is refused or cancelled, valid rights to unused paid Balance and to refunds for services not supplied continue to apply, unless a binding legal prohibition, unresolved fraud or other lawful restriction prevents payment.

5.4. We may preserve relevant records or report serious suspected unlawful activity where required or justified by applicable law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

06Reporting and appeals

6.1. Report suspected abuse, an incorrect restriction or another concern to info@eduashy.com with a description and any relevant order reference.

6.2. If we restrict an Account and you believe this was an error, you may request review. We will consider relevant information and correct mistakes within a reasonable time, subject to legal and security constraints.

07Changes and contact

7.1. We may update this Policy when technology, service scope or legal requirements change. The effective version will be published on the Website, without retroactively removing accrued consumer rights.
