01Digital-only delivery
1.1. EduAshy sells personalised educational content delivered electronically. No printed goods, physical media or postal delivery are included unless separately offered and expressly confirmed.
1.2. The standard Deliverable is a PDF workbook prepared according to the Course type and selected order configuration. The exact structure and included features are those described at checkout.
1.3. Ordinarily, a completed Course is made available through your Account and sent to your registered email address. Your Account and email details must be accurate and accessible so you can receive delivery and support messages.
02Order configuration
2.1. When ordering, you choose the Course category and any available options, potentially including subject, specialisation, level, number of modules, weekly study time, language and stated learning goals.
2.2. Before confirming the Order, check the displayed choices, Course type, price, format and estimated completion time. Once processing begins, changing the brief or Course specifications may not be possible without additional work.
2.3. We may contact you when a brief is unclear, contradictory, technically unsuitable or outside the advertised service. Any necessary clarification may affect the delivery timetable; we will not unilaterally change the agreed price without seeking your approval.
03AI Course Builder timing
3.1. AI Course Builder primarily uses automated generation and normally produces a Course in a few minutes. The Website may display an indicative time of approximately a minute for common configurations.
3.2. Actual time may differ according to Order size, technical load, AI service availability and processing retries. A published estimate is not an unconditional completion guarantee, unless the checkout expressly identifies a binding deadline.
3.3. AI Course Builder does not, by default, provide live mentoring or a bespoke human editorial review. AI outputs should be reviewed for suitability and accuracy before practical reliance.
04Mentor-Crafted Course timing
4.1. A Mentor-Crafted Course includes meaningful human participation in preparation or substantive review, with supporting tools used as appropriate. It is not simply an automated Course renamed as “mentor-crafted.”
4.2. The usual published delivery window is approximately 12–24 hours after an Order is accepted, subject to the selected requirements and any necessary clarification.
4.3. A larger, unusually specialised or otherwise exceptional Order may require more time. Where a different timetable is reasonably expected, we should disclose it before acceptance or agree an appropriate revision with you rather than silently treating the standard window as irrelevant.
4.4. Human involvement does not include scheduled video meetings, tutoring calls, individual feedback sessions or career counselling unless a purchased plan expressly includes them.
05What you receive
5.1. Depending on the purchased plan, a Course may include a learning roadmap, lessons, explanations, practical examples, exercises, review questions, checklists, projects or a glossary. Not all elements appear in every Course: the promised inclusions are determined by the checkout description.
5.2. The PDF is intended for personal educational use. Access does not transfer copyright ownership or permit resale, public redistribution or commercial publishing. See the Personal Use Licence in the Terms & Conditions.
5.3. The length, examples and pedagogical style depend on the subject, level and brief. Exact page counts or a guaranteed learning outcome apply only if explicitly included in the confirmed Order.
06Access and completion
6.1. Digital delivery is ordinarily complete when the promised Course file is made accessible by the agreed method, such as an available Account download and/or successful delivery to the registered email address, subject to applicable legal rules regarding supply.
6.2. We recommend downloading and keeping a personal copy of the PDF once available. Account-based access is a convenience feature and should not be treated as a guarantee of perpetual Website hosting unless such a commitment is expressly provided.
6.3. If the PDF cannot be opened, is corrupted or cannot be retrieved through the offered method, contact info@eduashy.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or another lawful remedy.
6.4. Electronic delivery may be affected by spam filters, mailbox quotas, incorrect addresses or local device settings. You should check these possibilities, but a technical delivery problem does not automatically remove our obligations to supply the contracted Course.
07Technical delays and service interruptions
7.1. Generation can be affected by infrastructure failures, AI-provider interruptions, author availability, security incidents or other events beyond reasonable control.
7.2. We will take reasonable steps to investigate material delays, communicate where appropriate and complete the Order as soon as reasonably practicable. If a binding delivery deadline cannot be met or delivery becomes impossible, statutory rights and the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy apply.
7.3. We will not impose extra charges to correct a delay caused by our own systems or personnel. Where a customer asks for an additional scope change, any extra price must be disclosed and accepted before the new work proceeds.
08Corrections and revisions
8.1. Please identify the relevant Order, module or section and the issue when reporting a problem. A specific explanation helps us distinguish an actual defect from a new requirement.
8.2. We will consider reasonable corrections where a Course is materially incomplete, not as described, demonstrably erroneous in a way relevant to its contracted purpose, or supplied in the wrong agreed configuration. Available remedies depend on the legal status of the particular problem and the applicable law.
8.3. For Mentor-Crafted Courses, the human authoring process may allow targeted editorial correction of material mistakes or omissions. Such corrective work is distinct from purchasing a new or expanded course on a different subject.
8.4. AI Course Builder may be corrected through regeneration, targeted replacement or another suitable technical approach. Regeneration is not an automatic substitute for a legally required refund or price reduction where statutory remedies demand otherwise.
09Non-delivery and complaints
9.1. If you have not received the Course within the published window, check your Account and email folders, then contact info@eduashy.com with the Order reference.
9.2. We will investigate the actual order status and provide a sensible next step. This may involve re-sending a file, completing an interrupted job, clarifying the brief, correcting an error or providing an appropriate refund.
9.3. Claims concerning non-delivery, late delivery or defects are handled under the Refund, Cancellation & Balance Policy. No arbitrary short reporting window takes away statutory rights.
10Third-party applications and compatibility
10.1. You need a device and software capable of downloading and displaying a standard PDF, and an accessible email address or Account to receive the Course.
10.2. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, PDF reader or accessibility tool. Any specific technical requirements or known limitations must be disclosed where legally required and material to the purchase.
10.3. No separate subscription to an external educational platform is included unless the order description expressly states otherwise.
